Jesse CARTWRIGHT
President of the BoardJesse joined the Bellevue Fire Department in 2018. Having lived in Washington her entire life, it is an honor for her to be a member of the Foundation contributing to the local community. Jesse spends her free time mountain biking, skiing, and enjoying the outdoors with friends and family.
Charlie KIMBALL
Vice President of the BoardAfter years spent in southern California, Charlie is proud to call Washington and the Bellevue Fire Department home. It is an honor for him to serve alongside this hardworking Board, and deeply rewarding to see what can be done when compassion and innovation combine to help serve our community.
Tom FIELDS
TreasurerTom joined the Bellevue Fire Department almost 20 years ago and is currently assigned as the Captain of Station 7. Tom has served on the Executive Board of IAFF Local 1604 for a majority of his career, serving in a multitude of positions. An avid hockey player and youth hockey coach, Tom lives in Bellingham – along with his wife Laura, and their 3 kids.
Josh WILLIAMS
SecretaryJosh joined the Bellevue Fire Department in 2014. He enjoys traveling, coaching, and spending time with his dog Watson. Josh enjoys the opportunity to serve the Foundation and better the lives of those in need within the community.
Dave BROWN
Board MemberDave joined the Bellevue Fire Department in 2013. He enjoys spending time with his wife Kasie and two energetic boys Mason and Wyatt. He feels blessed to be a part of the Foundation and have the chance to help serve the community.
Rich SMITH
